Job description

Respiratory Therapist - RRT
$30,000 Sign on Bonus available
Schedule: Day shift | 5 x 8
Pay Rate: $72,800 - $125,000 / year
Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments of patients' respiratory needs, develop care plans, and make recommendations to the healthcare team.
  • Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments, make adjustments as necessary, and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatment options, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in emergency response and code blue teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
  • NJ State Licensure
  • ACLS and BLS certification preferred
