Garment & Linen Production Associate - 1st Shift | Growth Opportunities

Looking for a stable day-shift opportunity with room to grow? Join our production team as a Production Associate and build a long-term career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
About the Role
We're looking for dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you'll fold and prepare garment, linen, and bulk products for delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
  • Fold garment and linen products by hand or using industrial equipment
  • Count and prepare products for delivery
  • Push carts and bins throughout the production area
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to push carts or bins of products
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
