Job description

Experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators

Location: Mechanic Falls, ME

Pay: $21-$27 per hour (+ $3 shift differential for 2nd)

Schedules:

4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every Week

  • Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (+ $3 differential)

We’re looking for skilled machine operators with 3–5+ years of experience who are comfortable with automation support, and manufacturing processes.


What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

  • Support automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

  • Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Experience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly Preferred!

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

  • Ability to stand for 10hr shifts and lift up to 50lbs consistently

Pay Details: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour
