When you join Coastaway Vacations, you're joining a company that invests in its people and takes pride in delivering outstanding experiences for both our employees and our guests. If you're looking for a team that appreciates your contributions and wants to see you succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Linen Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping our vacation homes guest-ready by ensuring clean linens are delivered accurately and on schedule each week. You'll work alongside a delivery partner, sharing responsibility for loading, unloading, and transporting linen bundles throughout our service area, while serving as the primary driver of the company box truck.

Accuracy and teamwork are essential in this role. Every property must receive the correct linen bundles, and every pickup must be accounted for. This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of 50+ pound linen bundles. You'll spend most of your workday on your feet, working outdoors, and traveling between vacation properties.

What You'll Do
  • Load the box truck with clean linen bundles for upcoming delivery routes.

  • Organize and label linen bundles for efficient unloading throughout each route.

  • Verify bundle counts before loading and departing to ensure accuracy.

  • Drive the company box truck safely along assigned delivery routes.

  • Deliver clean linen bundles to vacation rental properties.

  • Pick up bagged dirty linens from completed guest stays.

  • Verify deliveries and pickups before leaving each property.

  • Keep clean and dirty linens organized and separated throughout each route.

  • Count, label, organize, and bag linen bundles for upcoming delivery days.

  • Report any inventory discrepancies or delivery issues immediately.

  • Unload dirty linens at the designated processing location.

  • Organize inventory and prepare for the following week's deliveries.

  • Follow established routes, safety procedures, and company standards.

  • Work closely with your delivery partner to complete routes efficiently and accurately.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move 50+ pound linen bundles throughout the workday.

  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods, including frequent bending, lifting, walking, and climbing in and out of a box truck.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to accurately count, label, organize, and verify linen bundles with minimal errors.

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to follow established routes and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, moving, or box truck driving experience.

  • Experience handling inventory or order verification.

  • Familiarity with coastal vacation rental or hospitality operations.
