Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger!
We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Linen Delivery Driver in our Lathrop, CA warehouse. The Linen Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering linen to and from the Lathrop warehouse to the In-N-Out Burger restaurants.
General Responsibilities
  • Load truck (Stepvan) with clean linen at the Lathrop warehouse
  • Deliver clean linen to various In-N-Out stores, then hang linen in the dressing room
  • Collect soiled linen and load onto truck
  • Drive 200-400 miles per shift around northern California, collecting linen
  • Return to Lathrop warehouse and unload bags of soiled linen

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Warehouse location: Lathrop, CA
  • Pay Range is $25-$27 per hour
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors

  • Four (4) nights per week; Rotating Schedule
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Shift hours: Graveyard: 1:00 am - 11:30 am

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive long drives and many miles per shift
  • Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
  • Position requires frequent lifting, standing, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong initiative; Ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
