Job description

Title: 2nd Shift Case & Label & Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Geneva, NY 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM
Type: Direct Hire 

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise 2nd-shift labeling and warehouse operations.
Manage staffing, work assignments, production schedules, and shift coverage.
Monitor line efficiency, downtime, changeovers, materials, and production priorities.
Coordinate inventory, finished goods, pallets, and material availability.
Partner with Maintenance and Quality to resolve equipment and product issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and operating procedures.
Maintain production, downtime, inventory, and shift reports.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of lead/supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in food, beverage, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with production, labeling/packaging, inventory, or ERP/WMS systems preferred.
Must be available for 2nd shift and occasional weekend work during peak season.
