Day Shift RN - Emergency Department Nurse - Full-Time Opening
Full-Time | Day Shifts | Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits
Are you a skilled Emergency Room RN looking for a change of pace without giving up the fast-paced care you love? This day shift RN position in the Emergency Department offers you a consistent schedule, supportive team, and the chance to provide life-saving care when it matters most.
This is an ideal role for nurses seeking a critical care environment that values clinical skill, teamwork, and compassion-without working overnight hours.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact state)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
  • Minimum of one year of clinical RN experience preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle fast-moving situations calmly and effectively
What You'll Do as an ER Nurse:
  • Deliver immediate and effective nursing care in the Emergency Department
  • Assess patient needs, monitor conditions, and administer medications
  • Triage and respond to trauma, critical illness, and emergent conditions
