As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner; provide high-level customer service at all times
Monitor and control building access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
Verify identification, credentials, and visitor logs in accordance with security protocols
Maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols of interior areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restricted spaces
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow established procedures for evacuation, medical situations, or disturbances
Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations to management and/or law enforcement
Provide concierge-style support, including answering inquiries, giving directions, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
1-2 years of Security experience preferred.
Customer Service and/ or concierge experience is a plus!
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
You have a state license if required
