Position Summary

Guard Dog Security is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead the company's social media strategy, creator partnerships, and digital brand presence. This role is responsible for driving qualified website traffic, increasing ecommerce sales, and building brand awareness through engaging social media content, influencer collaborations, ambassador programs, user-generated content (UGC), and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands how to leverage creators, influencers, and short-form video to educate customers, build trust, and convert engagement into measurable website traffic and online sales. This is not simply a content creation role—it is a growth-focused position responsible for developing scalable social strategies that directly support Guard Dog Security's ecommerce objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase qualified website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement, and ecommerce conversions.
  • Develop and lead engaging content designed to educate customers, build trust, and drive website visits and online sales.
  • Manage Guard Dog Security's presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
  • Build, manage, and grow influencer, ambassador, affiliate, creator, and strategic partnership programs that generate measurable business results.
  • Source, recruit, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators that align with the Guard Dog Security brand.
  • Develop content calendars and oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for influencers, photographers, videographers, and internal creative teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Product Development, Design, and Customer Service teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, follower growth, website traffic, conversion rates, influencer performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a structured workflow for influencer outreach, campaign management, content approvals, asset collection, and performance reporting.
  • Attend trade shows, marketing events, product launches, and company events to create content and represent the Guard Dog Security brand.
  • Perform other marketing and partnership-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, creator campaigns, or ecommerce marketing.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer, ambassador, affiliate, or UGC partnerships preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful TikTok and short-form video strategies.
