This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions that streamline the intake, routing, processing, and analysis of citizen-submitted reports. The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver secure, accessible, scalable, and user-focused digital services. The position requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
