We measure our success by how well we protect and care for our team, our consumers, our animals, and our environment, while delivering operational excellence and exceptional value to our customers.Essential Functions Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am). Documentation: Ensures food safety documentation meets legal/regulatory requirements, including documentation of corrective actions. Compliance: Monitors production processes and performs routine checks to ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs. Process Control: Ensures processes are in control and products meet company standards. Product Disposition: Directs product disposition, including inventory control and reconditioning procedures. Sanitation: Verifies sanitation practices through pre-operational equipment inspections. Communication: Communicates with production/maintenance personnel/supervision to resolve quality and food safety issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1-3 years of experience in food processing. Knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs is preferred. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Detail-oriented and proficient in mathematics. Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
