This is a rare opportunity to help open the first Alloy location in the market and play a hands-on role in growing a 100+ member community. Flexible part-time coaching opportunities are also available.

What’s in it For You

  • Base compensation of $52,000-$57,000 annually, structured as salary or hourly pay based on the agreed-upon schedule
  • $5,000+ annual performance bonus tied to client growth, retention, and overall revenue
  • Paid Time Off
  • Free studio membership
  • Retail and supplement discounts
  • Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a critical sales role during pre-sales and opening, accountable for achieving 100+ founding members prior to opening and 150 total members post-launch.
  • Build and lead a connected Alloy community grounded in the “Stronger Together” mindset, directly contributing to member engagement and retention.
  • Deliver a premium client experience by conducting InBody assessments, leading goal-setting conversations, and providing relationship-based coaching that drives measurable results.
  • Prioritize and execute initiatives that directly support member satisfaction, retention, and sustainable membership growth.
  • Communicate proactively and consistently with the Director of Training and coaching team to align priorities, performance, and execution.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to weekly team meetings to support accountability, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate grit, perseverance, and professionalism by maintaining high standards and resilience while pursuing long-term studio and member outcomes.

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold coaches accountable while maintaining a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Strong communicator and motivator, capable of building trust with members and clearly directing staff, both on the floor and behind the scenes.
  • Confident coaching adults ages 40–75, with the ability to adapt programming, cueing, and communication to a wide range of abilities and goals.
  • Availability to coach during early mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a leadership schedule that supports member demand and studio operations.
