The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enjoys working with customers. A successful Pharmacy Data Entry Technician enjoys working with others in an effective manner, strives to always improve themselves, who is flexible and adaptable, provides quality service to customers, and understands what it means to be professional.
As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your typical day would include:
  • Know and follow all aspects of the Data Entry Department manual
  • Polished customer service skills; answer phones, direct calls, maintain facility communication logs, follow-up on issues
  • Have effective problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Docs
  • Do whatever supervisor/managers deem necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Second shift position, 7 days on 7 days off
