JOB SUMMARY

An Enterprise Applications Analyst (EAA) is typically responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprise applications. This role often involves interacting with end-users, documenting procedures, and participating in application design, testing, and implementation. They attend team, cross-functional, and project meetings to remain current on all application, implementation, and migration updates. An EAA will interpret and communicate technical information effectively to both internal and external recipients in a way that can be easily understood.


JOB DUTIES

  • Provide Tier 1 support for end-users via help desk tickets and resolve enterprise applications' related problems.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI reports, Microsoft CRM, Workday, etc.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications such as Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C in troubleshooting instances.
  • Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Navigate Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) applications to assist with shift and login-related issues.
  • Identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Take part in applicable meetings to include those with internal and external attendees.
  • Identify, create, and communicate BUG statuses to end users following department standards and procedures.
  • Assist with enterprise application implementations and testing, typically for new releases and updates.
  • Monitor applications to ensure systems are running correctly and efficiently.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business Ops, and vendors, to support applications.
  • Perform baseline monitoring of application performance utilizing Azure tools such as Application Insights.
  • Navigate and pull shift data from various databases for use in troubleshooting, BUG creation, Medicaid Fraud investigations, etc.
  • Make corrections and updates to incorrect shift data in portal databases.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to incorporate proper processes and procedures as standards.
  • Promptly address and resolve incoming incidents and requests within agreed-upon time frames.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Participate in professional development and training activities.
  • Participate in after-hours work.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C.
  • Effective written and verbal communication at both a technical and a simplified level.
  • Superior customer service to end-users and co-workers.
  • Dependability and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Be able to successfully pass a background screening.
  • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
 
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
