Prosegur Security is looking for Access Control /Front Desk Officers in Fort Lauderdale, area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills.This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.
Shift Includes: Afternoons
Schedule: F/T
Sat-Tues:1500-2300
32 hours per week
Location: Fort Lauderdale
The starting pay rate is $17.00/HR
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
  • Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
  • Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property
  • Monitoring operational procedures
  • Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
  • Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
  • Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
  • Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
  • Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
  • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have a valid Security Guard License
  • Must have 3 year of experience as a Security Officer
  • Must have 3 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Must Have 3 year of experience in Front Desk
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have good communications skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
  • Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
  • Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
