We are looking for Clinic RN Lead’s to join our clinics. Our Clinic RN Lead is a role developed to work in coordination with the leadership in an assigned clinic to ensure the work is accomplished effectively. This position is the first line support for staff, physicians, and other related providers on service- specific clinical issues. This will require great clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The Clinic RN Lead will collaborate with the manager on clinical and non-clinical issues (employee relations, individual behaviors, physician relationships, etc.) and supports the clinic when the manager is, and assistant manager is unavailable. This position is also responsible for leading, directing, coaching, and mentoring back-office staff members daily to ensure patients receive the care they need, and the workflow is efficient. Plus, other duties as assigned.

Current Washington State RN license.
