Overview
Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift.
Position Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant for CHAT provides an advanced level of administrative support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients.
CHAT is accountable for implementing an institution-wide system for healthcare transition while patients are at CHLA and for transfer of care from CHLA to adult providers.
Minimum Experience: 3+ year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required. Meeting and event planning support preferred. Bilingual language capacity preferred.
Minimum Education: High school graduate. Bachelor's preferred.
Pay Scale Information
USD $52,728.00 - USD $70,304.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
