JOB TITLE: Stripe Maker & Cart Pusher

Piedmont Candy is looking for a motivatedStripe Maker & Cart Pusher to join our production team. In this role, you'll help create the visual quality and consistency that make our products stand out by preparing candy stripes and supporting the production process.

What You'll Do

As a Stripe Maker, you will:

Pull and transport candy materials to support production flow
Hand-knead color into candy to create a consistent appearance and quality
Monitor candy texture, temperature, and consistency throughout production
Help ensure products meet visual and quality standards
Supply materials to production lines accurately and on time
Identify and communicate quality concerns when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all GMP, PPE, food safety, and company safety requirements
Work closely with team members to support daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
Manual dexterity and comfort working with hands throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry materials repeatedly during the workday
Basic math skills for measurements and material handling
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
