Hospital Pharmacist

Location: Black River Falls, WI

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacist for a hospital assignment in the Black River Falls, WI area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a consistent block schedule in a hospital setting while supporting daily pharmacy operations and patient care services.

Assignment Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Hours: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday during scheduled work week
  • 70 hours per pay period

Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
  • BLS Certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
  • Hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify medication orders
  • Dispense medications and provide clinical pharmacy support
  • Monitor medication therapies and ensure safe medication use
  • Collaborate with providers and healthcare staff to optimize patient care
