Lone Tree Retirement Community is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift to join our growing team. As an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift at Lone Tree Retirement Community, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents during Day Shift or Night Shift
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status
  • Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
  • Supervising, assisting and supporting CNAs to ensure quality care
  • Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
  • Upholding the standards and values of Lone Tree Retirement Community

    Qualifications:

    • Current, active license as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift
    • Previous experience as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift preferred, but not required
    • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
