Are you passionate about fitness and eager to share your enthusiasm for Pilates with others? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Pilates Instructor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in the fitness industry and become a certified Pilates instructor.
Requirements:

Essential Duties:

  1. Learn and demonstrate proper techniques for Pilates exercises.
  2. Provide support and guidance to clients during workouts.
  3. Ensure the safety of clients by closely monitoring their form and technique.

  5. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
1. Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, work with fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
2. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and be able to move/push equipment as needed.
3. Visual acuity required.
4. Prolonged standing.
5. Must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate with others in one-on-one and group settings.
Qualifications:
The apprentice will initially pay for the certification program under our studio's scholarship program. After becoming certified, and if hired by our studio, we will pay back up to $2,500 of the tuition as long as you are teaching at our studio (The total certification program is $4,999). The apprentice job itself will begin after the first portion of the certification training has been completed. At that point, the apprentice will be paid the same as a beginning instructor- while they are completing the program.
In order to be an apprentice, you:
1. Must complete 250 hours, out of 500, of the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. This includes: 150 hours of online learning, 66 hours of in-studio learning, 24 hours of observation, self-practice, and practice teaching, 10 hours of assistant teaching.
2. Must complete and pass Apprenticeship test-out with Master Trainer.
3. Up-to-date CPR & First Aid training or willingness to maintain.
4. Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
5. Professional, neat, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
6. Passion for learning and willingness to complete remaining Teacher Training program hours.
