Responsibilities
  • Attend all training sessions and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Sort, scan, and route packages accurately using handheld scanning devices
  • Place packages onto designated carts, racks, and route staging areas
  • Ensure accurate processing of merchandise and packages
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through problem solving and teamwork
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and with others
  • Comply with all facility policies, including dress code requirements
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
  • Basic math and organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to operate a computer or handheld device (training provided)
