Advanced Micro Targeting is hiring bilingual English and Spanish canvassers for door to door voter outreach in Las Vegas and throughout the US.
All of the work is outdoors, talking directly with voters in their neighborhoods. This isn’t about dropping a flyer or checking a box. It’s about asking people questions and listening to what they have to say.
About the Work
Canvassers work in small teams of 2 to 4 assigned to the same area. You’ll knock on doors, talk with voters about candidates and causes that matter, and write detailed notes after each conversation. Team Leaders and Project Managers are in the field all day as well, canvassing and conducting interviews alongside their teams and held to the same daily expectations.
About You
Ability to conduct and record interviews in English and Spanish.
Naturally extroverted and comfortable talking with people face to face.
Curious, thoughtful, and a strong listener.
Strong writing and judgement skills - we collect detailed notes on each interview.
Honest and professional at the door.
Reliable, steady, and able to work independently within a team.
Comfortable working outside and on your feet all day.
Requirements
Must be 18 or older with a government issued ID.
Reliable smartphone with a data plan.
Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Team Leaders (drivers) must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurance.
Canvassing, petitioning, sales, retail, or customer facing experience is a plus, but not required.
