Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized mental health counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing ethical practices and a compassionate approach.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities, adapting techniques to align with each client’s unique needs and challenges.
• Design and document individualized treatment plans that map out clear goals and strategies tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and emotional growth.
• Monitor progress throughout the duration of the treatment plan, adjusting approaches as necessary and helping clients develop effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse spectrum of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. By providing empathetic support, you will enable these individuals to build resilience and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered. Candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to express empathy are essential.
• Proficient computer literacy is required to navigate our electronic systems and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms or virtual counseling services is highly valued.
• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly working with adults, will enhance your candidacy.
