  • Assess program staffing requirements, identify resource gaps and clearance-related constraints, and develop staffing recommendations to mitigate impacts to program execution.
  • Analyze proposed contract modifications, funding changes, staffing adjustments, and other contractual actions and assess their potential impact on cost, schedule, resources, compliance, and customer commitments.

  • Evaluate subcontractor performance, staffing, funding utilization, invoices, deliverables, and contractual commitments; identify material risks or variances; and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze solicitation and task-order requirements and contribute to proposal strategies by evaluating staffing requirements, resource needs, execution approaches, and program risks.
  • Prepare management-level analyses, briefings, and recommendations for Program Management, senior leadership, and customer-facing reviews involving program performance, financial status, staffing, risks, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable program records in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Program Coordinators when assigned.
  • Perform additional program-management and analytical duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting Program Managers and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking budgets, funding, labor, schedules, deliverables, and/or staffing.
  • Ability to identify issues, independently research solutions, and appropriately elevate program risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, senior leadership, government customers, and industry partners.
