Are you organized, compassionate, and great at keeping a busy healthcare environment running smoothly?

We’re hiring a Center Coordinator to join an Adult Day Program in San Francisco, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare administrative, patient coordination, scheduling, or program support experience who enjoys working with older adults and diverse communities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Work Setting: On-site in San Francisco
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate daily center operations, activities, meal services, and administrative needs
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and daily workflow coordination
• Coordinate patient transportation schedules and routing
• Complete EHR documentation, data entry, and operational reporting
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, caregivers, and center staff
• Support intake needs, scheduling, and patient/staff safety procedures
• Partner with management and multidisciplinary teams to keep operations running efficiently
• Help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for older adults from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ seniors

What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of administrative, coordinator, or office support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office, electronic scheduling, and computer skills
• Experience working with EHR/electronic documentation systems
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• CPR and First Aid certifications required upon hire
• Ability to complete required background, health, and TB clearances

Strongly Preferred:
• 2–4 years of healthcare, senior care, adult day program, or similar experience
• Experience with patient/caregiver scheduling and transportation coordination
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Great backgrounds may include Patient Care Coordinator, Healthcare Coordinator, Medical Office Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Patient Services Coordinator, or Adult Day Program Coordinator.
