Job Summary:
Support the program director with providing an effective clinical education program via policies, procedures, and student progression.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate clinical education processes by way of rotation and education evaluations.
  • Oversee the clinical education process by assuring that policies are being followed by student and supervising technologists.
  • Collaborate with the program director on analyzing outcomes via the Assessment Plan.
  • Review academic outcomes with the program director.
  • Develop interim reports in compliance with JRCERT standards.
  • Preparation for program accreditation and assisting during site visit.
  • Harbor strong clinical understanding of modality to ensure safety is maintained.
  • Provide student advisement.
  • Serve as member of the student selection committee.
  • Coordinate radiographic procedures lab courses.
  • Conduct occasional reviews of policies and procedures by onsite visits to recognized clinical settings.
  • Assist with dissemination of new and revised policies.
  • Review program policies and procedures with newly hired technical staff.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology (Required), Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year-JRCERT-Accredited Program Instructor (Required), Minimum of 2 years-Imaging (Required)
Certification(s) and License(s):
Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist RT(R)(MR) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
