Job Duties
Train and supervise inmates in production, sanitation and safety procedures in the manufacture of wholesome products using Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of recipes, Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP), Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOP). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license.
