Production AssociateRole Overview

Pink House Alchemy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to support the daily production of our syrups and beverage products. This role is hands-on and requires someone who works well with a team, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily production, batching, bottling, labeling, and packaging.
  • Follow recipes, measurements, and production procedures accurately.
  • Maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process.
  • Keep production areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with ingredient and supply organization.
  • Communicate product or quality concerns to the Production Lead.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist with cleaning and end-of-day production duties.
  • Support other production and warehouse needs as assigned.
Qualifications
