Job description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates, for dedicated flatbed power lanes. This position offers structured training for new drivers, predictable schedules, regular home time, competitive compensation, and full benefits after 30 days.

Compensation and benefits

  • $1,200โ€“$1,400 per week
  • Pay per mile: $0.48โ€“$0.61 (based on experience)
  • Tarping pay: $65 per occurrence
  • Securement training pay: $140 per day
  • Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4โ€“6 weeks (drivers with under six monthsโ€™ experience)
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job details

  • Equipment: 48'โ€“53' flatbed trailers on dedicated power lanes
  • Typical routing: coast-to-coast dedicated lanes (examples include Laredo, TX โ†” Gaffney, SC; Gaffney, SC โ†” Indiana; Indiana โ†” Texas; Texas โ†” Portland, OR; Oregon โ†” Southern California)
  • Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week
  • Home time: every 2โ€“3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset
  • Orientation and training: one week on-site at the closest terminal (Laredo, TX; Greer, SC; Gary, IN)
  • Shift requirements: day or night operations as required

Minimum qualifications

  • Age 21 years or older
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • CDL graduates: completion of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (required for new graduates)
  • Ability to perform flatbed-related tasks; training provided for those who need it

Safety, screening, and employment history

  • Fair driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years
  • No DUI convictions within the past five years; recent criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment
  • No involuntary termination from most recent employment
  • Demonstrated stable work history (generally no major gaps over the past 10 years)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
