About the role

As a Stylist, you provide personalized styling to customers that deepens their connection to the brand. You will use your product knowledge, authenticity, and fashion expertise to create positive experiences for customers. As a Stylist, you can empower self-expression by helping customers find the perfect outfits and accessories that suit their individual needs. Every day presents new opportunities to flaunt your passion for styling and grow in the field you love. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.

What you'll bring to the role

  • 1 year specialty retail experience

  • Passion for styling and love of working with people

  • Knowledgeable about what's trending in fashion

  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to multi-task and balance multiple customers at one time
