Nurse Practitioner Full Time - Urgent Care
Location:West Springfield, Virginia
Compensation Range:This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.Job Summary
Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our West Springfield Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.
This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Full Time Schedule Overview
- Total Shifts: 3- 12hour shifts
- Shift Length: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12 hours each)
- every other weekend
Physician-Led Organization: Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.

Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
DEA License
Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
Credentialing Requirements:
Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
