About the Role:

You will lead high-visibility video and multimedia projects from concept through final delivery. You will turn complex ideas into engaging content and run projects independently. • Manage feedback cycles and resolve conflicting input to maintain creative and production integrity
  • Oversee final delivery of video content across multiple platforms including web, events, learning platforms, and archives
  • Edit short and long form video content using non-linear editing tools applying advanced storytelling and motion graphics techniques
  • Direct sound design and audio production, including voiceover coordination, music selection, and final audio mixing
  • Lead and direct remote recordings, virtual productions, webcasts, and recorded sessions
  • Lead on-location production for studio shoots, live events, conferences, and field-based interviews
