You'll be part of a hospitality team serving travelers, business guests, and Franklin locals in one of Middle Tennessee's most dynamic neighborhoods.
Cool Springs moves fast. Franklin keeps it charming. We're looking for someone who can bring both: polished energy, genuine warmth, and the ability to keep the café experience smooth, fresh, and unforgettable-even when the line is moving.
What You'll Create
  • Deliver standout service with a "guest comes first" mindset, making every interaction personal, effortless, and welcoming.
  • Prepare quality coffee beverages, food items, and café offerings with consistency, care, and attention to presentation.
  • Operate the MICROS POS system accurately and efficiently while handling guest orders and payments.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and presentation standards-because details matter.
  • Stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused during high-volume periods, special events, and unexpected moments.
