Job description

The instructor will provide instruction in all components study for one sessions of Introduction to Health Professions for one session and assist with clinical skills for two sessions. The teacher will provide instruction for students at Wilco Area Career Center who are juniors and seniors. Additionally, the instructor will assist with developing curriculum, syllabus, and providing instructional materials, which afford students with optimum opportunity to achieve academic success in Medical Terminology.  
Qualifications
 State of Illinois Educator License with Stipulations ELS (CTEP) and an Associates Degree in a medical field, ie Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Sonography, Medical Assisting 
 Two (2) years of medical related training.
 Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
 Excellent organizational skills
 Skilled in teaching, including clinical instruction
 Possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
 Ability to work independently
The schedule aligns to a 180 day school year from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm daily.
