Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data from the organization's existing data warehouse.
  • Analyze organizational data to identify trends, variations, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery, quality, client outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports for funders, regulatory agencies, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to communicate data through dashboards and visualizations that enable leaders to compare operational performance, quality measures, client outcomes, and demographic trends across programs and regions.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, automated reports, and reporting processes that provide timely, actionable operational, clinical, quality, and outcome information to organizational and regional leaders
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify reporting needs and develop dashboards, analyses, and reports that support organizational decision-making.
  • Provide consultation to leaders regarding data interpretation, performance measures, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.
  • Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in research or analytics. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms to develop dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports.
  • Experience preparing reports for healthcare organizations, funders, regulatory agencies, or quality improvement initiatives preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy standards in healthcare (ex. HIPAA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound professional judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills: able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.
  • Effective computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 tools.
  • Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and any other required assessments, such as a physical examination and TB test.
