Department: UCHlth Pharmacy Administration
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Performs and reports advanced data analysis to support pharmacy for assigned cost savings, business planning and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops, prepares, and maintains pharmacy data analytics and reporting tools to monitor organizational performance, support operational visibility, and inform business decisions.
  • Performs ad hoc analyses and data modeling to identify trends, evaluate operational risks, and surface opportunities for improvement across pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate within the organization and business partners to develop, monitor, and report on cost-savings efforts, budget initiatives, compliance, and other pharmacy department priorities.
  • Supports data driven decision making on assigned administrative, systems, financial, and operational projects.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in related field. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3 years of data analysis work experience.
