Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Site Specialist to support laboratory operations at a customer site in Ann Arbor, MI . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting scientific operations through inventory, logistics, and laboratory support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day laboratory support, including stockroom services, order entry, and order management.

• Receive, organize, and distribute laboratory supplies and materials.

• Deliver direct shipment orders to end users and perform on-site deliveries as needed.

• Support shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control activities.

• Perform laboratory support services such as glassware collection and cleaning, biological waste collection, and sterilization.

• Utilize customer procurement and inventory management systems to ensure accurate order processing.

• Track chemicals, maintain inventory records, and support laboratory compliance procedures.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests while resolving concerns in a timely manner.

• Continuously learn and apply new policies, procedures, and process improvements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a scientific field is a plus.

• Previous experience in laboratory support, inventory management, stockroom, warehouse, logistics, or customer service preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computers and inventory or procurement software.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
