MLR is excited to welcome a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to our client's dedicated Labor and Delivery team. This position, based in a vibrant community, focuses on providing exceptional care to expectant mothers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both the mother and newborn.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess patients throughout labor and delivery, tracking vital signs and fetal heart rates to ensure optimal safety.
  • Administer direct patient care, including medications, pain relief, and assistance with deliveries.
  • Educate patients and their families on the labor and delivery process, care options, and essential postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and positive birth experience.
