We are immediately hiring a Inbound Logistics Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The Manager oversees daily warehouse or distribution center receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments. This role manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.   • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
  • Bonus: Weekend/ Holiday spot bonus
  • Schedule: Shift 1st: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00 pm (flexible)

The Inbound Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
Essential Functions

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
