About the Role:
Join Pathways Career Services as a Day Habilitation Instructor, where you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized habilitation plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Facilitate engaging activities that promote social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and progress.
