About the Role:
Join Pathways Career Services as a Day Habilitation Instructor, where you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals. Be part of a dedicated team in Jonesboro, GA, committed to fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized habilitation plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Facilitate engaging activities that promote social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field.
  • Degree in social work, psychology, or a related area preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
