Job description
**Requires some previous experience operating an Offset Web Printing Press**
- Direct Hire with Benefits!
- 12 hour rotating shift
- 4/3 schedule
- day and night shifts currently available!
- Long term job opportunity with a very stable company in a dependable field - low layoff risks!
Required Experience
- Must have experience as a Offset / Gravure Printing Press Operator
- Ability to do set ups, adjustments, splice rolls, and operate a printing press
- Troubleshoot and do basic preventative maintenance
- Change plates, cylinders, adjust blankets, tensioning, make color corrections, etc
- Basic color management skills and the ability to work with different digital file formats
- Review job specs and quality requirements for accuracy
- Use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.
