Position Overview

• Our organization is certified by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, with plans to apply for Quality Oncology Practice Initiative certification soon.

• We currently manage nearly 30 oncology clinical trials, including those under the Alliance, and are awaiting membership with NRG.

• Our interventional radiology service line offers advanced procedures such as ablation and TACE.

• We utilize BEACON integrated with VIA Pathways for enhanced patient care.

• Our robust electronic health record (EHR) system, EPIC, is utilized across all departments, including the operating room, and ranks in the top 1% of EPIC organizations.

• A dedicated full-time Palliative Care consultation service is available.

• As part of the Mayo Clinic network, we provide full access to consultative services, including hematology/oncology pathology and radiology for electronic second opinions.

• We have an embedded pharmacy staffed by a dedicated oncology pharmacist.

• Annual compensation ranges from $550,000 to $600,000.

About the Facility:

Located in Corning, N.Y., our facility opened a new 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center in 2014. This state-of-the-art facility offers a range of services, including:

• 24-hour emergency services supported by laboratory, radiology, and ultrasound.

• Ambulatory surgery options.

• A dedicated Breast Care Center.
