Delivery Driver

Lucky Day Logistics is hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers to deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout Utah Valley. No CDL required. We provide paid training, company vehicles, and all necessary equipment.

Position Overview

Delivery drivers are responsible for safely operating company vehicles and delivering packages in a timely and professional manner. This is a physically active role requiring consistent movement throughout the shift.

Drivers can expect:

  • 180+ stops and 350+ packages per shift
  • Frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle
  • Walking, climbing stairs, bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs independently (up to 70 lbs with equipment)

Safety is a core expectation of this role. Drivers must maintain productivity while prioritizing safe driving and safe movement at all times.

Schedule

Full-Time:

  • Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (7:30 PM route cutoff)
  • 4 scheduled driving days per week
  • 1 additional on-call day
  • Schedules posted in advance
  • Shift duration may vary depending on route completion

Part-Time:

  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs
  • Shift duration may vary depending on route completion

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Utah driver's license (no CDL required)
  • Clean driving record (subject to MVR review)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly during an 8–10 hour shift
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attendance reliability
