Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to interpret complex requirements, and expertise to define and implement the most effective automation strategy using RPA tools (Automation Anywhere)
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements, translating them into automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate business needs and determine the most suitable automation approach (e.g., RPA, API integration, test automation, workflow orchestration).
  • Assess and recommend automation tools and platforms based on use case, scalability, and integration capabilities.
  • Design scalable and secure automation architectures that may incorporate AI and align with enterprise standards and goals.
  • Guide development teams in building automation solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in resolving complex automation issues and continuously optimize performance and reliability.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and performance optimization for automation scripts and AI models.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in automation and AI, bringing innovative ideas to improve business outcomes.
Preferred skills & qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in automation tools (E.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
