Description

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Dubuque, IA paying $18/hr. This retail-focused role requires prior POG/reset experience. You'll be responsible for resetting pizza displays in the cooler section according to the planogram and documenting your work using the Survey Merchandiser app.

Schedule & Hours  

  • Pay: $18/hr 
  • Date: July 27th, 2026 and ongoing 
  • Start Time: 7:00 AM  
  • Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early 

Responsibilities   

  • Bring warm clothes, gloves and sweater since you'll be working in the coolers.
  • Print the satisfaction survey. You'll need the manager's signature after completing the reset.  
  • Arrive on time, open the Survey.com app and start the survey before entering the store.  
  • Check in with Customer Service or the Store Manager and let them know you're a Survey representative completing the Acosta Pizza Reset.  
  • Complete the reset by following the POG and all project instructions carefully.  
  • Review the completed work with the manager on duty and obtain their signature on the satisfaction survey.  
  • Before leaving, complete the survey in the app, upload all required photos, and answer every required question. 

Requirements (Must Have)   

  • Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience  
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods  
  • Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App  
  • Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation  
  • Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
