ABOUT THIS ROLE
Your morning as a Sales Rep - Chimney Consultant will begin with a remote sales meeting and training session. After that, you will head out to meet 2-5 homeowners each day. In this role, you will climb ladders and access rooftops, conduct full chimney inspections, measure and evaluate repair needs, record your findings on an iPad, explain issues and recommend solutions, confidently sell repair services, and follow up with past customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and encourage repeat work. This role will reward your knowledge, confidence, and initiative.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SALES REP - CHIMNEY CONSULTANT
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Comfort with heights and ladders
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Reliable form of Transportation
  • Proven sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items
  • Strong close-rate mentality
  • Tech-savvy with tablets
  • Ability to measure accurately
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to participate in all required training and certifications- Willing to travel when needed
  • Obtain a Certified Chimney Sweep (CCS) or Certified Chimney Professional (CCP) Certification within the first 12 months of employment.
