Job description

E-logic is seeking an IBM DataStage Developer to support and maintain legacy and active ETL data pipelines while contributing to the continuous standardization of massive health insurance claim datasets for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG). This role will be hybrid in Washington DC area, as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and modify existing DataStage workflows responsible for ingesting medical, pharmacy, and enrollment files from FEHBP carriers.
  • Implement file and field-level data quality checks to ensure data accuracy before loading targets.
  • Assist in creating precise Source-to-Target mapping documentation and reference file structures.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience developing complex ETL pipelines with IBM DataStage/QualityStage.
  • Solid understanding of health insurance claim structures, adjudication terminology, and processing rules.
  • Background supporting healthcare data operations or federal auditing programs.
