What Impact You'll Have

GRVTY is seeking experienced Network Engineer-Technical Experts to help deliver enhanced HPC capabilities across multi-vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and specialized processing environments. 

What You'll be Owning

  • MUST HAVE datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and IPSEC virtual private networks
  • Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC)
  • Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and routing and switching protocols.
  • Strong working knowledge of L2/L3 protocols.
  • Strong working knowledge of stateful firewalls, and L3 access controls.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite.
  • Able to support on-call requirements.
  • Able to work in live call environment and utilize remedy and/or other ticketing system to track tasking.
  • Virtualization products; VMWare and Solaris containers

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum ten (10) years of demonstratable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection or fifteen (15) years minimum experience in lieu of degree.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
  • Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks. 
  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance
