Leveraging deep technical knowledge, visionary architectural skills, and a consultative approach, this role will lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, optimize system performance, and ensure secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure environments.

You will collaborate with executives, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop consulting services solutions consisting of infrastructure roadmaps, solution architectures, and deployment strategies tailored to meet customer demands for performance, reliability, and agility in complex technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

  • Develop and articulate comprehensive datacenter infrastructure including reference architectures optimized for AI and ML workloads.
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess existing infrastructure environments, identify gaps, and propose strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

  • Drive infrastructure solution design emphasizing Datacenter Infrastructure - Physical Deployments, Operations and Day 2 Execution of AI Factories. Networking, Servers, Storage, Clusters, and underlying services.
  • Conduct capacity planning, scalability assessments, and performance tuning to support demanding AI/ML computational environments.

DevOps & Automation

  • Champion and implement DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes), and automation best practices.
  • Mentor technical teams in adopting automated deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure orchestration to enhance system reliability and agility.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor translating complex infrastructure strategies and technical architectures into clear business value for senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Engineering) and external technology partners to ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with organizational objectives.

Security & Compliance
