Job Description Senior Manager - Pricing Analytics - Any ADM US office Erlanger, KY, Kennesaw, GA, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MNPosition SummaryThe Senior Manager - Pricing Analytics is a key member of the pricing analytics team, developing pricing solutions and supporting day to day activities of the broader pricing and commercial organization. The responsibilities include pricing data management, developing/enhancing analytics frameworks and visualizations that enable data driven business decisions, and supporting a high performing team of analysts/senior analysts.The ideal candidate will have:commercial minded approach understanding market economics, customer and product value in alignment with go-to-market pricing strategyexpertise in analytics and data science techniquestechnical knowledge of platforms and software technology (Python/R, SQL Server, Databricks, Azure Synapse)ability to drive effective support of data analysis and model managementability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceexperience with IT project management practicesResponsibilities for this position include:Design, develop, and maintain analytics products, ensuring high quality inputs and outputs that help commercial teams with day to day pricing and long term strategic planningBuild reusable data sets and analytics that enable rapid decision making for commercial leadersReview and validate data sets and analyses across team to ensure data and assumptions are aligned with evolving market conditionsCollaborate across the broader Nutrition organization to unlock data and analytics efficiencies and build a cohesive view of our platformsAct as the voice of the pricing customer, detailing requirements and building pricing solutions that bring measurable value to key stakeholdersTranslate complex business problems into concise analysis that help drive actionsCoordinate data updates with appropriate departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, and operations)Requirements for this position include:Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field8+ years of experience performing data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling initiatives3+ yr people management experienceDemonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience with data visualization and data processing tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python/R, SQL, Databricks)Experience implementing advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and accurate usage, etc.) based on the business caseAbility to communicate, influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groupsProven experience managing multiple priorities with competing deadlinesExperience working with all major functions, like supply chain, procurement, product development, and finance to improve data accuracy and integrity preferredSelf-starter with continuous improvement mindsetOwnership mentalityFamiliarity with Enterprise ERP systems (SAP, IBM, Oracle, etc) a plusExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed? REF:104341BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
